Rates
Basic Retreat Rate:
A group must have 30 people to schedule a retreat. The cost is $60 per person when renting from Friday
evening through Sunday morning. This cost will be charged no matter how little or how much of the
weekend a person stays; being there at all requires the entire $60 payment. This includes five meals (3
meals on Saturday, Sunday breakfast, and your choice of either Friday evening supper or Sunday lunch),
use of the main building, the boys and girls dorms, the barn, the recreation building, and the camp grounds.
You may use the lake, but no lifeguard will be provided. Swimming or being on or around the water is
totally at your own risk. Other special considerations may require additional costs. The new building by the
main building and the small cabins are not available. An accurate count of campers must be stated two
weeks before the retreat.
One night retreats are only available under certain circumstances. Two night retreats will be given
preference up to three months before the retreat date. If a two-night retreat becomes available on a
requested weekend, any group asking for one night will be given the right of first refusal if they are willing
to add a second night to their stay. Otherwise, the two-night retreat will be allowed to “bump” the earlier
request.
A $500 deposit is required before a request will be given these rights.
A check-in and check-out list will be completed upon your arrival. Any damage to any camp property will
incur an additional charge to return the camp to its previous condition. No fireworks, guns, knives, hunting
weapons, cigarettes, or alcohol will be permitted on the camp grounds without prior approval of the Camp
E.C.C.O. Operational Team or the Camp Board.
Basic Weekly Rental Rates:
A week is defined as Sunday after 5 pm through Friday noon. 15 meals will be provided. The entire
camping property is available except for the caretaker’s house and any other buildings necessary to house
the staff required to serve the camp. The cost for a weekly rental is $140 per person. A person is defined
as anyone associated with the group renting the camp—campers, support staff, chaperones, and the like.
This cost will be charged no matter how little or how much of the weekend a person stays; being there at
all requires the entire $140 payment. There is no “splitting” of a week between two people. If a group
wants to stay through Saturday morning, an additional $25 per person will be charged. All campers must
be gone from the camp grounds by 3 pm on Friday or noon on Saturday. An accurate count of campers
must be stated two weeks before the retreat.
We regret that we will no longer be able to provide a lifeguard. Swimming or being on or around the water
is totally at your own risk. Other special considerations may require additional costs.
A $500 deposit is required before a request will be considered “booked.”
